Important Drop-Off Notes:

  • All students must be dropped off and checked in by a parent or legal guardian.

  • All medications must be checked in with our camp nurse at check-in.

  • Absolutely no medications are allowed in personal bags or cabins.

  • Once students are checked in, they will be directed to their assigned cabins.

  • Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM, so please plan to arrive on time.

Important Pick-Up Notes:

  • All students are expected to ride Journey Church–provided transportation back to their home campus unless prior arrangements have been made with a campus director or pastor.

  • Early pick-up must be coordinated in advance with your campus director prior to the weekend.

  • Camp officially concludes at the end of service at each campus.

  • Kenosha Campus: Luggage and medications will not be available for pick-up until after the 11:00 AM service, which officially concludes Winter Camp.

    Pick-Up Location: YOUR STUDENTS HOME CAMPUS

    Pick-up will take place after the conclusion of service at each campus:

    • Beach Park: After 11:00 AM service

    • Burlington: After 10:00 AM service ends

    • Kenosha: After 11:00 AM service ends

    • Mount Pleasant: After 10:00 AM service ends

    • Pajamas

    • Sleeping bag or bedding + pillow

    • Personal care items / toiletries

    • Bath towel

    • Shower shoes

    • Gym shoes

    • Socks & underwear

    • Jacket and warm clothes

    • Weather permitting: snow gear (boots, gloves, etc.)

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Spending money (offering, snack stand, merch)

    • Medications (to be turned in at check-in)

    • Bible, journal & pen

    • Team color: TBD

    • A good attitude

    What NOT to Bring

    • Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigs, or vapes

    • Firearms, fireworks, or weapons of any kind

    • Clothing with vulgar or inappropriate language

    • Prank or gag items

    • Tablets

    • Gaming systems

    • A bad attitude

  • Can’t attend the full weekend? Evening Passes are a great way for students to experience Winter Camp without staying overnight.

    Each evening pass includes:

    • Worship

    • Message from Guest Speaker

    • LifeGroup time with leaders and friends

    • Optional After-Party
